2023 CMU Fall Campaign 30 second V2
This was 1 of 2 30 second commercial spots that we produced completely in-house for the 2023/24 fiscal year. I was once again a major contributor to the production of this campaign.
My primary responsibility was the visual concepting and storytelling, on-set production and director of photography, and all post-production work.

CMU - 2021 Super Bowl Ad
The first major project completed at my CMU University Communications position. We were tasked to conceptualize, produce, and edit a regional Super Bowl commercial in less than 2 weeks. To say that it was a trial by fire for me would be an understatement.
However, I immediately proved my creative talent and confidence in production. I advised the team on the feasible scale of the project, and it was my idea that I pitched during brainstorming that we ultimately used. Within three weeks of working at my new position, my work was being broadcasted all over Michigan.

Where do dryer socks go? - You'll never wonder
When I joined the UComm team, the department hadn’t produced commercials in-house for many years, if ever. Once I joined, I brought my film expertise and enabled our team to produce all of general campus commercial video assets in-house since January of 2021.. My involvement has saved the office hundreds of thousands of dollars in hiring an agency for production, and that money has since been better utilized in the buy.

Central Michigan University, We do, do you?
This asset was the flagship for CMU’s 2021 Awareness Campaign. This was the first time in a very long time that the commercial campaign was produced in-house. I was the backbone of this entire production. I needed to use my expertise and experience to advise and direct team members that had very limited experience on commercial sets.
This was the first of three campaigns we produced in-house in my tenure. Despite the team using data and research to iterate and improve the campaign year-over-year, I am still very proud of what we were able to accomplish as a team despite our collective weakness in experience for this production as a team.
